THE NEW STORE
We are now safely settled into the new store at Bovey Tracey where life is already much better for Tim Brook, our Store Manager and Wendy Wade who is proving to be a great asset to the company. The move was long awaited but, in the end, actually went without a hitch and led to several very funny moments as well. One famous comment from the contractor hired to help us move the tanks has gone down into company history, “Rob, if you tell me just one more time how much this ----- tank of semen is worth and to be -----careful with it, I will not be responsible for my actions” (Or a paraphrase of that anyway!!) We are deeply indebted to Steve and Ann Oultram for their support in facilitating this move into the superb unit situated just 2 miles from the A38 trunk road. Geoff Corke took enormous care in designing the layout in full accordance with EU regulations and thus the support and approval of Defra. We now have three times the space that we had in our original store that we completely out-grew and the office that can be shared by Tim, Wendy and Gaynor allows us far more flexibility and efficiency. We have the added bonus of a bio-secure unit enclosed within its own lockable yard.
